Approach
How an engagement works.
Diagnose
A short, intensive assessment of where the project genuinely stands, rather than where the plan says it stands. Usually two to three weeks.
Structure
A clear plan: priorities, sequence, the decisions that matter, and what each stage requires in people, capital and time.
Execute
We stay involved through execution, running the process, holding the calendar, and handling the conversations that need to be handled properly.
We take on a limited number of mandates at a time. Every engagement is led personally by a partner.

The structuring gap
Most projects that fail did not fail on the idea. They failed somewhere between the decision and the work it implied, and nobody owned that gap.
